Welcome Insitu! Hood River Bicycles has teamed up with Global Sessions to be a part of the Gear Shed program.
Insitu ID must be present at time of pickup for discount to be valid
Please allow at least 30min before rental to get the bike setup
Bikes can only be reserved for the day (9am - 4:00pm) *no more overnights for the season
***There is a $10 fee for walk in reservations (you are responsible for)*** So please reserve ahead of time
If you want the bike for 24hrs or longer the Employee is responsible for the remainder of the balance after the $65 credit.
You can cancel anytime until 4pm the day before pickup at no charge
Cancellations after the 4pm cutoff are subject to a cancellation fee of half your total rental
NO Show's are subject to half of the total rental charge, YOU the employee are responsible for this fee so make sure you show up for your reservations
All participants must have a waiver signed prior to arrival and only need to be signed once
All employees must leave a credit card on file to take a bike out
All guest bikes must be accompanied with an employee bike, you cannot just get a guest bike
All rentals come with a helmet, pedals and kit if needed
You are responsible for any damages that occur to the bicycle during your rental
Employees receive various discounts, ask for details
